Sirloin Tip

Our top-quality Bison Sirloin Tip Roast is tender, mouthwatering and flavourful. It has a flavour like beef, but slightly sweeter and richer. A lean, finer-textured cut makes it a top choice cut for roasting and slicing. Simply add salt and pepper. When served medium- rare and cut thin, it almost melts in your mouth.

Cross Rib Roast

Our very popular Cross Rib Roast is a lean and flavourful cut of meat that is perfect for slow cooking. It comes from the shoulder area, which is known for its tenderness and rich flavour. This roast is perfect for a hearty family dinner or for meal prepping for the week ahead.

Blade Roast

Introducing our Bison Blade Roast, a succulent and flavourful cut of bison meat perfect for roasting. This tasty cut is best braised and roasted whole, allowing the connective tissue to break down and impart a full-bodied flavour while tenderizing the meat. Slow roast to fall-off-the-bone-tenderness while creating a flavourful brothy juice. Hint: Add your vegetables in the last hour of cooking to prevent them from getting mushy. The blade roast can also be diced for slow cooking.  Experience the natural taste of wild with every bite.
