Prime Rib

Our Prime Rib Steak delivers a more tender, richer and sweeter flavour than conventional red meat. A delicious, popular steak made from the eye of prime rib, the lightly worked upper ribcage area. It contains more marbling than other bison steaks, which give it an irresistible taste and makes it a perfect for grilling.
